Yes, I know, how often does it seem like everybody and their mother is a consultant. But I did pass the certification exam and I bet that your mother did not. That said computer consulting can cover a wide range of topics, and sometimes they overlap with other services. For example, training is certainly a consulting service, but I have a separate page for it. The same goes for color management.
A short list of areas where I can be of assistance:
•RAM & hard drive upgrades
•mac os upgrades
• data backup and restoration
• troubleshooting
• maintenance
•computer system setup
• internet setup
• software install
• pre-purchase advise
•general assistance
•training
My approach is to be an extension of your personal or business needs. As an individual and not a consulting firm, I attempt to build personal relationships out of the business relationship. This makes me, I believe, a more involved and honest consultant, or helper. If I don’t know the answer, I will research the issue and get you one...or two. And, when I leave and everything is working as it should, or on that occasion when the issue has not been resolved, you will have an explanation that is understandable.
I was also a member of Apple Consultants Network, but not at the present time.
